We offer both executive and non-exec recruiting. Our model is different and tailored to early-stage companies. Not only will we work for equity but we have a model that works for companies that can’t afford to pay 20% - 30% of first year’s salary.

For executive search, we offer a light version for founders and CEOs who want to be more hands on.  We’ll have carefully screened and interviewed them and we’ll present them for your consideration.

For non-executive hires, we’ll work at an hourly rate and we’ll coordinate the effort with your office manager and your staff to limit the amount of time and increase the odds of making a great hire.
