Frances Donegan-Ryan, Sales and Marketing

Frances brings to Atlas a background in International business, sales, product development, and talent management. She spent 5 years with AIESEC the world’s largest not-for-profit student organization. AIESEC is an international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential. During that time she worked in Seattle, Australia, and for the International headquarters in the Netherlands. She worked with today’s youth empowering them to bring about positive change in their communities. She also managed sales and some of AIESECs many Global Partners, encouraging them to support youth, corporate social responsibility and diversity.

Frances moved on to the for-profit, corporate world joining Cadbury (formally Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages). There she managed diversity and corporate social responsibility initiatives, designed and lead the Diversity Training program, and managed corporate giving. During the sale and a separation of the beverage and confectionary business’ Frances was involved with the investor lead audits of all HR files.

Frances then took a sabbatical to fulfill one of her passions and moved to India to work with a Women’s rights group in Hyderabad, Andra Pradesh. She spent 3 months travelling in very remote and impoverished areas of India working with schools, parents and community leaders to encourage and enforce the education of girl children. Frances has joined Atlas as she is passionate about business development and creating stronger, better business for the next generation of leaders.

Frances loves to read and write, spend time on sail boats, drink fine wines with her family, and spends anytime she can with her boyfriend (the two oceans in the way can pose a challenge). She has lived and worked in six countries, travelled to over 20, and been to all continents (well Antarctica is next…) She knows the geography of Schipol Airport better than Seattle, so if you can’t get a hold of her she’s probably on a plane.
